The PolyStinger DS is an excellent Tactical Light. All modes can be accessed with one hand by a simple sequence of button pushes. The light is extremely bright. Even in low mode, it outshines a typical 3 D Cell light. The light produces a very coherent beam of evenly spread light an illuminates objects at great distances.

As a home defense light, it's pulse mode is extremely disorienting when shined in the eyes. The light is rugged and holds its charge very well.

This review was written in the old system and had content requirements that are different than reviews written today.
