Works as a direct replacement. I hope this one lasts longer than the stock one on my Streamlight. Hasn't given me any trouble after a month of nearly hourly use.
Pros: Value priced, much better deal than a new light.
Cons: A little tough to click (mine is more difficult to operate than the stock one)
