I was excited to get the grip module. I have a Strike Slide that I want to pair it up with. The grip is great, good quality construction, good overall feel in the hand. Ergonomic and comfortable... my only complaint is that the color is way off compared to the picture. It has more of a greenish/tan FDE compared to the pic.

My third grip module, for my P365X (XL length grip, short slide).
Fits my hand extremely well, with just the right amount of grip texture. Better than a rubber grip sleeve, without the added width.
Really liked the front contour. The sweep at the mag well is excellent, and the trigger guard under cut doesn't hammer my middle finger.
The only con is doesn't eject my flush fit 12 round magazines, but all my aluminum base plate versions drop free with ease.
The pic rail is a nice to have detail, many other modules miss. And did I mention the mag release is better than stock 100%.
Amazing what a simple thing like a good grip module did for tightening my groups.
Very happy, and recommend to any one with a P365.
Pros:
- texture, slim contours, pic rail, mag release

As usual,OP has an easy to navigate website with good item descriptions. Their prices are great. The Strike grip module was easy to install and feels good in my hand. I have psoriatic arthritis in my right hand and wrist. I am now able to have more control with my strong hand. The enhanced points on the grip below the slide give my weak hand better support. My weak hand intuitively goes to those points. I've dry fired in my basement using Strikeman system.

For me, this grip module is like a cross between the Wilson Combat and the OEM Sig grip modules. It is very comfortable in the hand and has a pic rail for a WML. The downside of that is it won't fit into the kydex holsters that I already have. It does however, fit into my leather De Santis OWB holster.

Definitely helps with recoil.Fit is great. One thing to note is if you have big hands, the bottom magwell opening doesn't line up with the magazine for your pinky. Hence your pinky may not like it.There is a slight flare for my medium sized hand so it feels good. Only fits one of my current holsters. Had to purchased a Hilliker holster.
Cons:
- Have to purchase new holster from Hilliker

Put this on my 365 and it is definitely an improvement, feels better and looks great. The handle doesn’t feel quite as long as the grip on a X/XL, but its close - size is right in between a normal 365 and a X grip, which I appreciate for EDC.
It does not take 10rd 365 mags, you’ll need to get 12rd+ mags. The flared mag well is nice and makes a 12rd mag more than flush (would say it is the opposite of protruding). 17rd mag has a good feel on it too.
Racks well with my slide. Reloads are a bit stiff, where you really need to click it in, but I expect it’ll smooth out with some rounds (my mags are new as well and need to break in)
Ultimately a great grip mod for a great price. Highly recommend for 365 owners who want a bit more handle.
Cons:
- none (size depending on what youre looking for)

Perfect fit and does what I needed - to better fit my hand and enable quick magazine drops for fast reloads.

This grip module is awesome! I used it to replace the original grip module on my P365 SAS. At first, I was hesitant since most discussions about grip modules don’t typically mention compatibility with the SAS model. When it arrived, I realized it only accepts 12-round mags or larger, meaning my 10-round mag wouldn’t work. This set me back about a week while I tracked down compatible mags. I’m not sure if Optics Planet mentioned this (I don’t think they did), but the box does state this clearly.
I love the grip module’s design, but one thing to note is that inserting the mag takes a lot of force. You really have to SLAM it into the mag-well, it doesn’t just click in with a simple press like I’m used to. That said, once the mag is seated, it functions beautifully. I’m hoping the mag insertion smooths out over time, but for now, slamming it in will have to do!
