I found one of these Mess Tins in a second hand store. I thought, "What is this thing good for?"
I thought of baking in is like a tiny dutch oven. I have baked corn bread, brownies, and trout in
this tin. Coals on top and bottom, perfect. Using olive oil it cleans up nicely.
I bought 3 more from Optics Planet. 2 as gifts and another
to bake more bread in. Great product.
