Front sight broke after only 2 months / 750 rounds - Trijicon Night Sight Suppressor Set

I've purchased three sets of these Trijicon Bright & Tough optics ready suppressor-height tritium night sights for three of my S&W M&P M2.0 optics ready pistols. My oldest set, ordered on May 24, 2022, failed after only about two months and 750 rounds. The front sight tritium vile broke, and the white ring around the vile fell out. I installed these sights with my MGW RangeMaster sight pusher - they were not damaged during installation, nor were they ever dropped, hit, or otherwise abused in any way. They failed due to either a factory defect in design or otherwise, and the shock from firing 750 rounds over about two months. I'm very disappointed. The failed front sight is being replaced by Trijicon under warranty.
