Are these women's pants - TRYBE Tactical Ultimate Active Slim-Fit Tactical Pant - Men's

I bought a pair of the TRYBE Tactical Ultimate Active Tactical Pant - Mens from Dvor (Optics Planet's sister company). Here are the pros and cons.
Pros:
- very comfortable material
- stretchy but slim fitting

Cons:
- these are made for WOMEN!
- front slash pockets are so small they barely fit a small iphone. I'm relying on the spandex material to keep the phone from falling out. The same goes for keys
- all pockets are too shallow to hold a full size pocket knife
- the back pockets are so shallow they can only hold a small wallet, not an iphone as it will stick out
- the crotch area is TIGHT. I feel like I'm wearing tighty whiteys
- the pants are LO-RISE! What men's tactical pants are low rise???? When I bend over to tie my shoes, since the material is spandex, it pulls my boxers down and I show my crack.
