Most Helpful Positive Review ok for CC tanktop
good if you need a tanktop for CC in hot weather, but your weapon will ride further back on your rib cage than the regular shirt, making it difficult to reach I like the 5.11 holster shirt better Pros: guns stays securely in place Cons: gun rides further back on rib cage than expected

Undertech Tank Top

by Legacy Reviewer, from NY, United States Written on December 11, 2013
I recently purchased and carried with the UnderTech tank top. Although it does everything it says it does, but is not overly comfortable. I found the holster pushes the pistol grip (Kimber Ultra Carry II) outward pressing against my bicep and is actually painful at times. It is slightly better with a smaller frame auto (S&W Bodyguard) but still you always know it is there. This feel/rub may be reduced with a full t-shirt rather than the tank top. With fixed holsters on both sides the UnderTech is a better designed shirt that the "Packin' Tee" and will carry a heavy midsize auto (S&W 639 stainless) without sagging. Overall, though the most comfortable has been the "5.11 Tactical Tee", but the pocket opening can be identified at the front of an over shirt and the price is higher. For a small auto or revolver in a good concealed carry the Undertech does what it says it'll do. Good gear for a good price.
Pros: Cost, left/right/dual carry
Cons: pistol grip pushes outward, rides back further than shoulder rig

Great quality

Since I carry extra mags in the front pocket, the hole needs to be sewn shut.
Pros: comfortable for all day wear
Cons: front pocket hole lets mags slip out

comfort concealed carry

by Legacy Reviewer, from MD, United States Written on June 7, 2012
this is my second purchase due to I think they are cut small for the size. usually wear a xl or xxl tee shirt depending on cut and the xxl felt to snug so I bought an xxl. the xxl was comfortable and still able to support a full size 45acp. under a loose tee shirt you can't tell you are carrying concealed. Highly recommend this product and will purchase more. I just wish it wasn't so pricey. Oh, loose the snap and add velcro closure instead!
Pros: comfortable, well made, good design
Cons: cost
Would recommend: Yes

Great ambi underarm holster tank

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner Written on September 20, 2011
Great lightweight underarm ambidexterous holster that will allow you to carry extra mags in the weak side holster. It's a little warm to wear in summer but is great for fall and winter wear. It's great for small and medium handguns (LCP, M&P subcompact)
Pros: ambidexterous, can carry extra mags, lightweight, great for small to medium handguns
Cons: too warm to wear in summer, not suitable for large handguns
