The X5L-RS arrived and it was DOA despite charging the unit before attempting to use it. Spending almost $400 on something that doesn’t work out of the box is slightly frustrating and for this reason I 100% cannot recommend this product to anyone for anything. On the bright side it comes with a 7 year warranty. The product information that comes with it requests the user return the unit to the manufacturer and “Not the store”. Yeah Right.
