Tim's Review of Vortex SPARC AR II 1x22 mm 2 MOA Reflex Red Dot Sight

I've now bought 4 of these sparc II, amazing quality at amazing price. Always Hold zero, strong build, crystal clear. I use them on a AR(5.56),AR-Pistol(5.56), AR-Pistol(.22lr) and a 12ga Shotgun. Using AAA battey is great because it's easily available and cheap and the power life lasts a long time.
Pros:
  • Superior quality optics
Cons:
  • lens caps horrible design , I cut them off and use a beer cozy as cover
  • lens caps/covers are a horrible design
Best Used for:
  • any
