So I just wrote a review that my Vortex stand broke. After writing the review I went to the Vortex site and emailed customer service. When it was all said and done, Vortex shipped me a new stand and a call tag to ship the broken one back to them. They trusted me to ship the broken one back. Now thats customer service. 110% satisfaction here. You can bet I'll buy Vortex again.
Pros: Great Vortex customer service.
Cons: It broke, but Vortex took care of it.
