Patriot's Review of Winchester Knives Large Fixed Burl Wood Knife w/ Gut Hook Tip

I'm no knife expert but this is a beautiful knife and it feels great. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that I haven't been able to get the razor sharp edge that I want, but like I said, I'm no expert. It would have been good if the knife came with guidance as to optimum angle for the edge.
