Heavy, Rich-Flow M5000 is the most versatile immersion oil on the market, able to be used for just about any activity. The high-viscosity formulation enables smoother movement of fine glass particles and features outstanding flow properties, especially important in applications where coarse movements are required, such as in the sorting of micro-structured materials. The formula, consisting of a special hardening process and a rheology agent incorporated into the oil, resists abrasion and produces a distinctive rheological transition. The consistency of the oil remains constant in all applications, preventing rapid drying out of fine glass powders under a water mist. As the color of the oil remains uniform, additives provide outstanding stability to minimize separation of color throughout the oil. This provides excellent lift and transport properties.
