This brace is designed to run on AR platforms. You would need an adapter that allowed you to attach an AR pistol buffer tube to your AK.

The size is right, and the brace is very rigid providing very good support. It works out very well in on a 10.5 in Ar pistol and a friend had the same one on a CZ Sxorpion and really likes it as well. No regrets on this brace.
