The Stromberg / Carlson 3-Stand Hand Rail allows anyone with mobility issues to be able to easily access their stored items. The patented design allows the 3-Stand to lay completely flat when installed for added safety. The patented design features six straps for added security. The cargo net is constructed from premium quality rain proof material with sonically sealed seams. In addition to the six straps, the cargo net has two interior pockets that allow for the organization of smaller objects. When the cargo net is not in use, it folds down fully assemble for easy travel. The cargo net is easily removed for travel.image
