The Displacer LRMC is a lightweight muzzle brake compensator attachment that functions by rapidly forcing the muzzle blast and energy away from the shooter. The LRMC's nitride finish reduces corrosive elements and prolongs the life of the muzzle brake. Compensators perform best with a two-point attachment system that utilizes a TSP (Temper Temperature Solution). The best way to install this device is with a two-point attachment system that secures the end of the muzzle brake against the barrel. With its pinpoint accuracy, this is one of the best values on the market. We engrave each part of the body of the compensator with a Tiger Rock logo, and it comes with a titanium blasting cone. Once the comp is installed on the barrel, a crush washer (or two) can be used to secure it in place. Tightening the crush washer helps ensure the crush is managed; loosening the clampscrews (or two) can cause the muzzle brake to become too hot and lose the sealing properties. Nitrogen filling is not recommended with this device. Carbon filling is not recommended with this device.
