This is a great shooting stick Im 6 Foot 3 and this stick works great for me standing up or sitting down It works for my whole family also We love this thing I would buy again I've been shooting my S&W 460 and this is holding up great

Product Info for Vanguard Pro T-Series Tripod Shooting Stick

The Vanguard PRO Series Shooting Tripod, is a reliable, convenient shooting accessory. This sturdy, yet lightweight and compact aluminum Shooting Tripod from Vanguard is simple to set up and take down with quick-flip leg locks and noise-reducing rings that make it nearly soundless. PRO provides steady support even on uneven terrain. The legs on the Vanguard Pro T Series Shooting Tripod can be adjusted to two angles in one second by simply rotating the disk lock on the canopy - even when users are wearing thick gloves. Its legs will lock into pre-set position with unwavering reliability. Its innovative Yoke Adjustment System (YAS) offers an adjustable rubber "V" yoke to be tailored fit for an array of firearms. With a simple push of the button, the head of this Vanguard Tripod adjusts and locks to offer 160°, 120° and 80° angles. Soft rubber fins contour around the firearm's forearm for even more confidence. The head on the Vanguard Pro T Shooters Tripod also spins 360° allowing shots from any angle. Pro also comes complete with a bonus shotgun barrel, U-shaped yoke.image
