Product Info for Viper Ten Folding Knife

Designed by Fabrizio Silvestrelli, Ten turns to the evolved user, that requires the mechanical operation to be always perfect, regardless of time and wear. The heart of the Ten is its particular hybrid spring: the elastic element is made of titanium, to provide maximum elasticity, while the contact one is made of steel, for a greater durability. Three screws allow the adjustment of the coupling between the liner and the heel of the blade, completed using a grain for the micro-regulation. The reduced size and weight, in addition to the provision of a practical opening flipper, make the Ten a great everyday companion. Specifications: Blade: Böhler N690Co stainless steel; vacuum and cryogenic heat treatments; hardness HRC 57/59; finished thickness 3.7 mm; satin finish. Locking mechanism: liner lock evolution; liner: titanium GR5 (Ti6Al4V) with micro-adjustment system - slide: W 1.4116 hardened steel. Spacer: Titanium GR2 anodized finish. Handle: CNC machining, Carbon fibre - Silver Twill - G-10 - Burgundy Canvas. Screws: AISI 303 steel. Clip: AISI 420 tempered stainless steel. Rotation mechanism: stainless thrust bearings.
