Clear wells allow for measurements to beperformed with both top and bottom reading instru-ments.The white matrix provides for maximumreflectivity, allowing high sensitivity luminescenceassays. The black matrix absorbs light to minimizebackground interference in fluorometric assays. Plates are available with a high binding irradiatedsurface or tissue culture treated.
