Many carboys are assembled with an integral leak-proof O-ring or screw cap. Equipped with a durable carbon steel screw cap, vacuum-insulated, and has a maximum filling level indicator. The neck ring is easily removed for replacement. The wide mouth design allows the product to be served from many locations. The screw cap incorporates a unique dual-contact safety feature. If the O-ring is accidentally removed, a small hole appears at the bottom of the Carboy where the product is stored. This virtually eliminates any vacuum-generated leakage. Approved for use with organic solvents.
