Pros:  An insert for SAPI plates to be integrated with the harness
Cons:  Straps are hard to manipulate and gets in the way.

Pros:  Good stiching, easy to adjust, color worked very well with pouches from other coompanies.
Cons:  Large pocket is only good for a thin phone or map, really nothing else
