The good news is the waist is expandable, but I found that it was very tight 3 inches below the waist line. The front pockets do not fit a large smart phone very well. The pants are heavier than I thought they would be and have not soften after 4 washings. The rear zipper pocket is almost too small for my wallet. It all works but not as comfortable as another brand. Looked good on paper, but they will not be my favorite pants.

Hello!
I am pleased that seek my opinion on this product! This tactical pants and other products from the series Blackhawk Warrior Wear the best tactical clothing that use. I use tactical clothing and accessories for almost all well-known manufacturers in this industry! The fact that I could not find it so profitable anywhere in Europe and that it bought from so far away is quite indicative of the qualities of this product! Also OpticsPlanet offers the most extensive range of products in this series.
Best regards!

OK I understand when you order a 44 waist you're not the smallest guy on the team
but the elastic "blow panel" in the sides is too much. These will go straight to goodwill.
Better luck w/ 5.11 or khaki pants from lands end.

I've bought others like this and think the Blackhawks are just about perfect in their design, construction and fit. I'm kinda between sizes (35" waist) and the 34" expand enough and do not get tight in the seat (or anywhere else). The only SLIGHT negative is if you use a OWB holster that the belt threads through, you may find it has to sit back a little further on your hip because of the position of the belt loop.

Lightweight rip stop, but heavy duty - takes an abuse. Lots of secure pockets for all sorts of accessories!
Sizing - true to size, I wear a 34 waist and 31 long and the 34 waist, 32 length was perfect. Only complaint I have is that the stitching above the knee seems to wear quickly - but a sewing maching and matching thread and the problem is solved.
Cons:
- thread above knee wears thin

Simply the MOST comfortable, every day pants I own. Hardly ever wear my jeans any more.
A bit on the baggy side - through the legs, but that's a plus, in the S TX heat. Just don't expect to wear 'em with your Tony Lama's - they'll drag on the ground. I bought the same size as my "original rigid denim" Wranglers, & wear 'em w/ lightweight hikers - perfect!
Like the material (++), & the pockets too. The zipper wallet pocket is great. The front pockets could be "just a little" deeper, but that's a minor point overall.

I initially bought 2 pairs to try and then ordered two more. They fit great, wash great, dog hair brushes off easily, color hasn't faded, zippers have held up, and the price is good. I would recommend these pants.
Pros:
- GREAT PRICE
- no ironing needed
- color doesn't fade

Great pants, stain resistant, comfortable, durable.Plenty of pockets, comfortable in all weather conditions including moderate cold weather. If your employer requires you to blouse your pants order at least one size longer. These pants wash and dry quickly and efficiently.

I've purchased and worn Blackhawk pants for over seven years, and tried others along the way; nothing beats Blackhawk for versatility, function, and durability (Blackhawk gets it right above everyone else. And the same for their shorts). Worth every penny they cost, and I plan to buy more in the future.

These pants look and wear really well. They are sturdy enough to last through alot of abuse. Lots of pockets and storage. My only complaint is the sizes run a bit smaller, but hey...that's what you get for ordering pants online without trying them on first.
Best Used for:
- shooting/range day
- Outdoor use
