Not so great

This holster is thick - 2.3", which is a full inch thicker than the gun is wide (including levers). This is in part due to the fact that it accommodates the ambidextrous variant of the USP-C by having bumpouts on both sides of holster for safety/decocker and slide release levers. Could probably have saved at least a quarter-inch in thickness by designing for levers on just one side of the gun.

I see the biggest problem with this holster being that the side touching your body is not at all designed to distribute the pressure. Instead, you have a Kydex mold that is narrow along the barrel, then bumps out to form a channel around the slide release, and then on top of this bump is a leather strap held in with two rivets. That leather strap makes for a contact area with your body that is about 1/2"x1" and has two rivets in it. Look at the strap in the photo - the side touching your body is just like that. With such a small and lumpy contact area, the holster digs in quite a bit after a while. It seems almost as though they took a fantastic OWB design, moved the clip to the other side, and called it IWB.

Another thing to note is that the leather retention strap is designed such that it can only be fastened with the hammer lowered. Thus, "cocked-and locked" condition 1 carry is impossible with this rig unless you forgo using the strap.

The configurable angle is fantastic. Make this a little thinner and add some kind of leather or nylon paddle to the body side, and...
