This holster is probably better suited for a longer barreled pistol. On the Sig P239, the belt crosses the pistol at about the ejection port, leaving more mass above the belt than below it, and not much leverage against the grip hanging away from the wearer's body. The P239 also does not fill the entire holster since the barrel is shorter than the P220 (which also fits this holster).
Overall though it works fairly well, and with a tight stiff belt carries secure enough. The higher ride does allow an easy full-gripped draw.
Retention adjusts well, with the screw.
Pros: Well made, durable, pistol fits well
Cons: Rides a bit high on belt, pistol tends to lean away from body a bit...
