Bought this for my Kahr CW 40. THe gun fits in snug with no slop. The holster is so comfortable that after a few moments I almost forgot it was there. My dress pants slid over it nicely and it is very difficult to identify that I am wearing a holster.

A very high quality product and solution for personal carry concealment needs. I would purchase this holster again in a second. I have historically preferred inside the waist band and shoulder holster formats, but my nephew (A current active Secret Service Agent) recommended the ankle holster and support strap -- a great recommendation!
