61250 VX-I 2-7X33 LR Duplex reticle
Very light and compact, mounted on a .17HMR rifle, for hunting in wooded areas. Cures "senior vison" allowing me (age 66) to see the target, the reticle AND clearly see what's way back behind the target. Excellent owners manual, excellent quality and BIG value in an American made scope with a life t...

Leupold vx 1 2-7x33
The top turret dosnt even click. Very sloppy turrets. It looked like it had been mounted. Very slow shipping. Optics planets free shipping is a joke. Never again.
Pros: None
Cons: Optics planet
Bad glass?
I’ve always had best regards for Leupold and have owned several of their scopes, yet on this particular VX-1 I’ve thought it very “disappointingly cheap”—glass quality and eye relief, I’ve got it mounted on a Volquartsen Ruger .22 Rifle and while I’m happy with the performance of the combination of the scope rifle, it’s the glass that I can’t be satisfied with its clarity. I’m going to go back with paperwork and double check I’ve got the Rimfire version of this scope, there is a 100 yd difference in the set of parallax between the centerfire and Rf models.

Leupold :-)
I am a Leupold fan and have been for awhile. bright clear optics with an incredible warranty. Mounted this on a Mossberg Patriot in 6.5 Creedmore. In Florida we don't need to reach the far out so it was a perfect fit. Light, good looking, and everyone knows you mean business when they see that Gold emblem. It just looks so dang sweet and performs just as well.
Pros:
- good quality
- Nice finish
- Clear
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Hunting, short range

Leopoldo VX 1. 2-7x33 mm Scope
Good scope for price. However, the reticle adjustment dials on the turrets were reversed. After some frustration during the original sight in, I figured out the proble. I have now switched the dials and hopefully that will resolve the problem. I have not yet used the scope after switching dials. I rated 3 stars because of the poor quality control.
Pros:
- Value (if you can get it to work)
Cons:
- poor quality control
Best Used for:
- 17 hmr
- Varmint and target shooting.

Sharp and light.
Very nice scope at a fare price. Clean, clear, and sharp optics. And it's American made! I have it on a Henry .22 rifle used mostly for plinking and small varmint control. This is my second Leupold scope and they are both excellent.
Pros:
- Small size and light weight
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Hunting and plinking

I love Leupold scopes.
I own 5 Leupold scopes to date. I hunt in Florida. I own 2 Leupold 1-4x low power varible scopes. One on a 30-06 and the other on a 30-30. I own 2 Leupold Pig Plex 1-4x low power variable scopes. One on a 45-70 and the other on 44 mag. I usually keep on scopes set at 2 1/2 power. I was in the market for a scope for my 308 win. bolt action rifle. The Leupold 2-7 was perfect for my Ruger All American rifle. Not too big and bulky like a 3-9 or 4-12. The 2x power is great for Florida brush hunting and if you need more power the 7x is plenty.
Pros:
- Great fix for a compact rifle.
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Brush and long range hunting.

LIGHT WEIGHT!!
Great scope very clear and super light. Very happy with it on my AR-15 6.5 Grendel. I looked at more expensive scopes but this one will do everything you need for hunting at normal ranges and is reasonably priced and very light and handy mounted on the rifle.

VX1 2X7x33
Great optic for the price, works perfect for my 300 blackout. Should turn out to be a great suppressed deer riffle for this fall. Leupold is always my first look when in the market for a new optic, quality is 2nd to none.

Great things come in small packages!
I love these scopes! Leupold never fails to impress. I build lightweight rifles for smaller shooters and this scope is just the ticket for the perfect lightweight rimfire rifle. I have never had an issue with the many optics from Leupold I have purchased they are well worth the money, They have great glass, are sturdily built, and Leupold is easy to work with if you have any concerns. I highly recommend them to anyone! But beware, once you have one Leupold scope you will want more!
Pros:
- Lightweight
- Adjustable
- Great Technology
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- hunting and target shooting
