I got it for good price. But when I tried to install, it's computer contol panel is not working. Nothing is visible dispite new 9v battery. Software CD is also not getting installed. It has serious problem while installing. I'm planning to return it if there is no customer support from Meade. Since Optical planet is a delear, I'm not sure how far they help customers. I'm glad if they don't wash their hands once product is handed to the customer.
