Most Helpful Positive Review true glow sights
love the sights ,best ever. Pros: works great ,best i ever bought Cons: no cons
Most Helpful Negative Review tru glo muzzleloader sights
the glass light pipe on the front sight broke whie sighting in. There are no markings on the rear sight, so no idea how far it is moved when adjustments are made. Front sight is overly large. Will replace with something else ASAP. Pros: easy to see Cons: not durable, hard to adjust

Elk hunt in Colorado

by Scott, from TN, United States Written on February 11, 2020
Muzzleloader hunting for elk in Colorado means no scope allowed. The rear site of this package, in combination with a Lyman front globe crosshair site, fit the bill. The fiber optic dots on the rear peep site allowed good and quick alignment with the horizontal line of the crosshairs.
Pros:
  • Quick target aquisition
Cons:
  • None

Really love this sight

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from CO, United States Written on December 16, 2010
I have "old age" eyesight (I need to use reading glasses) and the ghost ring sight with the bright front sight really makes a difference. Prior to using this sight I was only comfortable shooting up to 50 yards. With this sight, I am accurate up to 100 yards. Worth every penny (I'm going to buy another for my wife's muzzle loader).
Pros: Great visibility
Cons: None

TruGlo Muzzle Brite Xtreme Sights TG958G

by Legacy Reviewer, Written on October 8, 2010
My state restricts muzzleloader hunting to using iron sights only. These are by far the best sights for hunting I have seen. They also fit my Knight Bighorn 50 cal perfectly. There is a slight gap under the front sight where the radius of the barrel is just slightly different than the underside of the sight, but it still mounts solidly. You can use a little bedding compound to get full contact on the base of the sight if needed. These sights are also great in low light, works like the trijicon scopes.
Pros: Easy to see, Better in low light than peep sights, good for hunting
