Provides efficient static charge neutralization and effectively removes particle contamination even on the most static-sensitive products. The console, air gun, and air hose are all static-dissipative and ESD-safe. The air gun and console are molded of rugged, static-dissipative polycarbonate for exceptional impact resistance. Virtually maintenance-free; all that is required is occasional cleaning of the housing and the emitter points. Connects to any supply of clean, dry air or nitrogen, and an internal disposable filter collects particles from the air supply. The electrical feed from the console to the gun is incorporated into the light, flexible air hose. The air hose is 2.1m (7') long and made of static-dissipative flexible polyurethane. The gun itself is ergonomically designed for long-term user comfort and efficient operation. The mounting console contains connections for the air lines and power lines and houses the filter attached to the air line. Hardware is included for easy mounting on any convenient location at the workstation. The ionization system is completely self-balancing; no adjustment or calibration is needed. It maintains balance to within ±30V of 0V, at a distance of 15.2cm (6").
