All firearm purchases must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer, and once they have been dispatched, orders cannot be altered or canceled. Handguns are shipped via Second Day Air, while rifles, shotguns, actions, or lower receivers will be sent via Ground delivery unless you choose to upgrade to expedited shipping during checkout. Please note that shipping and handling fees for FFL items are billed separately from other products in your order, with a flat $9.99 charge per order, regardless of the quantity.

Before accepting the transfer, thoroughly inspect your firearm. If the item received at the FFL dealer is incorrect or arrives damaged, do not take possession and immediately contact our Customer Care team for assistance. Once the transfer is complete, any repair or warranty issues must be addressed directly with the firearm’s manufacturer. Federal law strictly prohibits returns on firearms. Any firearm that you or the FFL dealer refuse, or that cannot be transferred because of a failed background check, will incur a 10% restocking fee. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are the actual buyer/transferee, meet the required minimum age, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing firearm ownership and purchases.
