I love the look and feel. You have to take care in lining the threads up when screwing the forend to the barrel nut. I ended up misaligning them. I was able to unthread and rethread though, and the set screws made for a solid install. It's confusing ...

This Tactical Forend from ATI Outdoors is made using a Military Type III Anodized, 6061 T6 Aluminum material that is guaranteed to be long lasting, reliable and efficient. The ATI Outdoors Free Float Rifle Length Forend is ideal for mounting long distance optics on the top rail and a short distance sight onto the 45 degree rail makes switching between long and short range targeting as quick as a twist of the wrist.
