Product Info for CVA Ramrod Extension Jag .45 Caliber 3"
The CVA (Charging Ramrod Extension) works with most rifles that have a ramrod that extends in order to project the ramrod tip. The longer Ramrod extension increases the leverage needed to draw the ramrod and increases the likelihood that the ramrod tip will break or break off. This one is made of heat-treated brass and is chamfered for optimum smoothness. If the ramrod extension is bent at the time of ramming, this is the perfect size to adjust or confirm that the ramming head is straight enough that it will not bend out of position.
