The Baikal IZH 94 uses a 12mm dovetail on the receiver. This AIM Sports Dovetail To Weaver Base Mount is designed for 11mm or 3/8 dovetails. You would need a 12mm to picatinny/weaver mount instead.
The 3/8 dovetail part fit perfectly. Most of my weaver scope bases would not tighten up on the top rail.The top rail is too narrow.I eventually found a weaver base scope ring that would tighten up on this base.
