Serious chefs will savor the Al Mar Knives 8in. All Stainless Ultra Cutlery Gyuto Knife. This Cooking Knife from the knife authorities at Al Mar Knives is an 8" blade with a one piece ergonomic, hollow, all stainless steel handle. The blade is 33 layers of stainless steel with the center cutting layer made of VG-10 Cobalt stainless steel which is heat treated to a Rockwell C-scale hardness of 60-62. Features of Al Mar Knives 8in. All Stainless Ultra Cutlery Gyuto Knife:

  • 8" blade
  • Modern in design and state-of-the-art in performance
