Like all of the ADM products I own, this one works every bit as good as advertised. It holds as tight as you please and will not lose it's place when you put it back. I highly recommend this wonderful mount for your rifle and optic.

very nice scope mounts. Fit and finish is very nice. Throw levers are nice and is easy to mount. Nice slim design with the bolts oriented in horizontal position to decrease overall footprint size. Definitely would recommend.

My first review was meant for a different product. This mount does its job well. I dropped my rifle from about 5 feet with this holding my thermal and it held its zero. The the mounting system has great locks.

Product Info for American Defense Manufacturing AD-Recon Dual Ring Scope Mount

The AD-RECON mount is made for putting high power glass onto a flattop style AR-15. The AD-Recon works with scopes with Objective Housings as large as 56mm. The cantilever throws the scope out front, allowing you to get the right eye relief. It is precision machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and finished in hard coat T3 Mil-Spec anodize. It features the Patented QD Auto Lock Lever system to accommodate both in spec and out of spec rail systems.image
