This AmeriGlo Black front and rear set is not compatible with the Glock 43, 43X, 42, or 48. I would recommend the Ameriglo DEFOOR Tactical Sets for the Glock 43X, found by using the link below:

Is this a lower 1/3 cowitness or absolute cowitness? Expert Answer

Lower co-witness with aftermarket milled or non-MOS slides it's very difficult to be able to tell you whether sights will properly co-witness due to several factors. Different optics, different depth of slide cuts, variations in sight height, and where the reticle will be on the sight after proper zero make it difficult to guarantee co-witness. However, these should be very close to a co-witness at the least.
