Yes, the AmeriGlo Haven Handgun Red Dot Sight uses the Trijicon RMR optic footprint which is compatible with the RMR adapter plate included with your PSA 5.7 Rock.

This is a great pistol dot. Ameriglo is owned by Trijicon and this has the same internals as the RMR for much cheaper. Very tough, holds zero very well.
