Thank you for reaching out. The front sight will work but when it comes to the rear there is no rear dovetail on the Sig Sauer M18 as the rear sight is attached to the optic plate.

Needed a front sight to pair with a red dot on my pistol. Very difficult to find only the front and not a set. This set was inexpensive enough, so I tried it. Works great!
