When its pinned and welded its typically to be in compliance (in states) with 16" minimums. A Pistol or SBA has little to no reason to have pinned and welded..
Good quality ar upper at a more than fair price.the upper pair well with psa and of course aero lower. No probelms after only 200 rounds barrel is accurate for 10.5 inch
I’m leaving this review just because of the one star review left by a previous customer. This is a complete upper charging handles and bolt carrier groups are never included with complete uppers. He’s just inexperienced.
