The Choate Tool Mossberg 835 Shot Magazine Extension does not include a base clamp/Sling Swivel base clamp.

This is a legal modification? Want one for my remington 1100 (semi) and my remington 870 (pump) and of course for my mossberg 835 (pump) Im in VA

VA doesn't have any magazine capacity restrictions, so yes this is legal in your state. Where I am in WA, we haven't been able to purchase "high capacity" magazines (over 10 rounds), or modify a firearm to hold more than 10 rounds since last year.
