Will this fit a P365XL with the Romeo One red dot?

Nope, it won't. This holster doesn't fit the P365XL. The holster is curled at the bottom at the P365 & P365 SAS length.It might work if you chop the bottom lip off the holster so the slide can poke out the bottom. I bought this for my P365XL and I'm very disappointed it didn't fit.

Product Info for DeSantis The Facilitator Kydex Belt Holster

The Facilitator style #042 is constructed of rigid .125 Kydex sheet and glass reinforced nylon for strength and durability and features our Redi-Lok trigger locking device. It can be worn strong side (butt rearward), cross draw(butt forward), or small of back (almost horizontal). The Facilitator is SLIM, which makes it much more concealable than the competition. The combat proven Redi-Lok makes this model very secure and snatch resistant. The Redi-Lok is a trigger locking device that is totally instinctual so almost no new training will be necessary. It is located on the inboard side so it's out of eye-reach of an adversary. Belt slots are 1 3/4in wide.image
