A friend bought a Kalifornia Compliant S&W M&P-15 Sport II AR-15 without a bayonet lug. Will that lack impact the fit/ function of this mount? Expert Answer

This is designed to fit around the standard bayonet lug found on AR15, M4, and M16 rifles. It will also fit post-ban front sight bases without a bayonet lug.

will this work on a Bushmaster ORC gas block? It does not have the front sight Expert Answer

No, this will not be compatible with optics ready models of AR15's as they do not have a standard A1 or A2 front sight base (FSB).

An Elzetta ZFH1500 Flashlight Mount is the perfect choice for rock solid attachment of a tactical flashlight to your AR15, M16 and M4 with an A1 or A2 style front sight base - regardless of barrel style, length or diameter! The Elzetta ZFH1500 Mount will work with all standard hand guards as well as Magpul MOE and no rail system is required. The ZFH1500 fit Elzetta Modular Flashlights and any round body flashlight with a 0.7" to 1.1" diameter and is available with a standard screw-down lock or thumbscrew style.image
