Will this scope take the shock of a 12 gauge shotgun? Manufacturer Answer

We recommend a different model for that use. We recommend any of our 30mm riflescope that are specifically built to withstand this kind of recoil. For example our # 7172 Diablo which comes with a similar 4-16x50 size and with the same ballistic reticle.
