AR-15 Receiver Extension Tube (Mil-Spec)

Carbine receiver extension (buffer tube) is manufactured to Mil-Spec dimensions and specifications. Mil-Spec receiver extentions have a slightly smaller dimension where the stock slides on. These tubes should be used with stocks such as USGI, SOPMOD, and others that a made to the Mil-Spec size.

The Receiver Extension Tube (mil-spec) is available separately or as part of complete telescoping stock kits.

(Optional) HYDRAULIC RECOIL BUFFER

The optional hydraulic recoil buffer tube takes the place of the receiver extension tube, converting the AR-15 telescoping stock into a recoil-buffered stock assembly without further modification. The recoil buffer reduces up to 70% of felt recoil. Recoil-buffered versions are available for all three of the telescoping stock systems, or the recoil buffer can be purchased separately. The recoil buffer accepts mil-spec dimensioned buttstocks. The Kyntec hydraulic recoil buffer is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and meets the stringent standards of military and law enforcement users. Our basic kits include the adapter and all necessary installation hardware. No gunsmithing is required for installation.
