Most extreme long range shooters will zero at 100, 500, or 1000 yards, depending on their rifle setup and ballistics. Since you are trying to reach out to 3500 yards, you may need to set your zero at a custom distance based on your taper, the dialing capabilities of your scope model, your prism setup, and your cartridge.
