As long as the grip screws measure 2 & 11/16ths from center to center and it has a single side safety, the LG-404G will fit.

Will it fit the Colt MK IV / series 80 government model 380

This is for Office/Defender models which have a shorter grip, it will not fit a full size Government/Commander frame, and it will not fit with any 85% size pistols such as the Browning 1911-380.
