These Ed Brown Products SR Threaded Barrels are for the M&P M2.0 9mm 4.25" models. We currently do not have an Ed Brown Products SR Threaded Barrel for M&P 4" models. The TRYBE Defense Smith & Wesson (S&W) M&P 9mm 4in 2.0 Match Grade Threaded Pistol Barrel at the link below will work for your gun.

Yes. This Ed Brown Products SR Threaded Barrel Fits both original and M2.0 models but is NOT compatible with California compliant models with the loaded chamber indicator or "EZ" models.

No. The M&P Shield EZ uses its own proprietary barrel and this Ed Brown Products SR Threaded Barrel will only fit the original and M2.0 models.

If I use this to replace my oem 4.25 inch barrel will the threaded section go past the tip of the slide?

Yes, this barrel will extend beyond the end of the slide for pistols that have the 4.25" standard barrel.
