Will that fit HK/ Umarex Mp5 .22LR ?

No, the Elite Force H&K MP5 RIS Kit w/Tactical Rail and Foregrip is designed for MP5 Series Airsoft AEG (Airsoft Electric Gun) submachine guns only.

Will it fit on the SP5L?

This Elite Force H&K MP5 RIS Kit w/Tactical Rail and Foregrip is designed to fit the Elite Force HK MP5 AEG Airsoft Rifle. It is not compatible with your SP5L.

Will this work with a forward battery? If so, how do you place the wiring?

The Elite Force H&K MP5 RIS Kit w/Tactical Rail and Foregrip can fit a battery within the handguard, however, you would most likely have to use a very small 7.4 Lipo battery. The wiring would need to be re-routed to the front.
