No. They have M Lok versions.

Will these melt if placed on a rail that has a suppressor underneath?

They shouldn't melt, as Ergo states they are heat and chemical resistant. I would be just cautious to ensure the back side of the rail covers are not in contact with the suppressor.

Ergo doesn't have the exact length listed, but based on the dimensions of KeyMod slots, you should be right around 4-4.25".
