Will this fit on a Glock 19x gen 5 and into an aliens gear rapid duty holster?

Yes, this compensator will match up to the Glock 19X slide. It will not likely fit in the Alien Gear Rapid Force holster as they appear to partially enclose the muzzle. You will need an open bottom holster to fit the compensator.

Yes, this will fit a Glock 19X pistol with a threaded barrel that has .600" of protrusion or less.

It will not. This is designed to fit Gen5 Glock 19/17/34. The EXOS-533 fits the Glock 43X/48, while the EXOS-523 fits to the Clock 43.
