The FM Products FM-45 AR .45 Upper Receiver w/ Micro Brake should work with a Mil-Spec lower even though it is recommend to use a pistol lower that accepts Glock .45 ACP magazines. Foxtrot Mike states that the Stern Magwell adapters are not compatible with their uppers and from what information I could find they are the only ones that make a .45 ACP mag well adapter. I recommend contacting Foxtrot Mike to see what .45 ACP mag well adapter they recommend.

The manufacturer does not state how much if any of the barrel threads extend past the handguard on the FM Products FM-45 AR .45 Upper Receiver w/ Micro Brake. From some information I could find the barrel threads seem to be partially covered by the handguard and the handguard has an internal diameter of 1.3". So you may be able to attach a suppressor if the outside diameter is less than that.
